What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced and licensed therapists who are ready to grow, lead, and inspire.

Requirements:

Licensure: Applicants must hold an active Delaware license as an LCSW, LPCMH, or LMFT.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children and families in a mental health setting is required.

Supervision and Mentoring Opportunities: Take on leadership roles by supervising unlicensed therapists, hosting trainings, or mentoring team members. These hours decrease your caseload and offer variety in your day while earning additional income.

Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) that qualifies for licensure in Delaware (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT).

At least one year of experience working with children and families, which can include an internship, practicum, or prior career experience.
