This is a 1099 contractor position offering highly competitive pay, exceptional flexibility, and the opportunity to build a career that aligns with your goals and passions.

What Makes Us Different?

At Resilient Kids, we’re not just doing things the way they’ve always been done—we’re raising the bar and setting new standards in mental health care.

  • Collaboration and Support: Sometimes, you need a little extra help or someone to bounce ideas off. That’s why we offer monthly peer-to-peer group case consultations to help you process cases and collaborate with colleagues, along with drop-in diagnostic and assessment consultations led by a Ph.D. psychologist. These resources ensure you always have the support you need to succeed.

  • Professional Development and Specialization: If there’s a new therapy model out there that excites you, we’ll help you get certified. By covering training costs, we empower you to deliver the most innovative and effective treatments to your clients, helping Resilient Kids set the standard in mental health care.

  • Monthly In-House Trainings: Designed primarily for unlicensed therapists but open to all staff, these trainings focus on working with children and families, documentation standards, and regulatory updates. They’re perfect for those newer to the field or anyone looking for a refresher. If you want to share your expertise, you can also teach these trainings and get paid for it!

  • Fun and Inspiring Culture: Work should be as enjoyable as it is meaningful. From team-building activities to celebrating milestones, we foster an environment where you’ll feel connected, appreciated, and motivated to do your best work.

  • High Standards, Big Goals: We’re constantly innovating and striving to set new benchmarks in mental health care. We expect the same dedication from our team, but we’ll guide and support you every step of the way with encouragement and shared success.
