  • Social Skills for Neurodivergent Kids
    Empowering children and teens with diverse needs to build confidence, strengthen communication, and navigate social interactions in a supportive environment.

  • Adjusting to Middle and High School
    Supporting kids and teens through academic, social, and emotional transitions during critical school years.

  • Teens: Depression and Anxiety
    Helping teens explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and connect with peers in a safe and understanding space to improve depression and anxiety.

  • LGBTQIA+ Support Group
    Providing a safe and affirming space for teens to explore their identities, share experiences, and build resilience.   • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training
    Designed to help individuals develop and practice skills to better manage symptoms of impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, and patterns of instability in interpersonal relationships.
